But the worst case (in my mind) is:
- Current buyer pulls out. SEQ nets ~$3.5m minus costs
- Business is resold. Probably similar price, but for 100% of the biz (remembering there were multiple bidders)
Even if you assume a sale price of $35m for 100% of Morrisons, the market value certainly does not price this in.
