I am new to the stock, and I see the amazing result that the ex-div date is prior to the announcement date.
Can you assist please?
Q1. Is this the usual practice for this stock?
Q2. So this means that anyone buying between 30 Dec and now is buying ex-div shares without knowing what the div is?
Q3. Is this because of the "Trust" status?
