WR888, that's not quite right. DDR have a policy of smoothing out quarterly dividends as far as possible, with the final dividend being the one that moves (usually higher!) when the full year NPAT is known. In 2016 the quarterly dividends were 3.85c with a final divi of 4.4c; in 2017 the quarterly diviidends were 4c with a final of 4.8; in 2018 they were 4.4c with the final divi yet to be announced but probably in the range 4.8c - 5.2c. It's a bit misleading to say that 2018 dividends were "reduced".
I follow this stock pretty closely and have not seen anything to suggest a reduced 2019 dividend.
Having said that, they have plans for a new warehouse which no doubt will need funding; how this is to be done is yet to be announced. A reduced dividend could be part of the mix.
