I hear you and I sold out a few parcels at last peak of high $5. I nearly bought back in at $5.00 but I am happy to wait on the sidelines until this finds a nice support. If I miss the next step up so be it, but as you mentioned, DDR is getting mainstream publicity at the moment and the old saying goes that if your taxi driver is giving you share tips it's time to jump out. DDR is on evenyone's lips right now.
