This sale would seem to support the valuations of this type of asset. There may be some downside variation of course. But the current unit price represents something like a 25% discount. If that was all attributable to book value concerns (and it might not all be around valuations), it suggests that book values may need to fall around 15% (less than the unit price difference due to gearing).
DXI has a range of different property types and locations, However, surely this current sale suggests such a magnitude of fall is unlikely?,
