The dividend has been declared in USD. The exchange rate for the dividend to holders of CDIs trading on the ASX who
wish to receive their dividend in Australian dollars will be USD0.6603 per AUD1.00. The dividend to be paid in Australian
currency to CDI holders will be approximately AUD0.039376 per CDI subject to rounding. The default US withholding tax
deducted from dividends to Australian residents is 30%. However, in accordance with the existing tax treaty between the
US and Australia, the withholding tax rate can be decreased if the appropriate form (e.g form W-8BEN-E or form W-8BEN)
was submitted by the beneficial owner of the Australian CDIs to our Australian share registry, Link Market Services Pt

Do i have to fill out one of these forms.

My understanding is that yes, and it should be filled out before the record date to take effect with the upcoming dividend payment.
