Looking at your DRP Statement, if you work back on the maths: Take the number of new shares allotted originally, add the extra shares received on the 18/10/22, and divide that into the "Total available for reinvestment", you should get the amended DRP price of $3.16 (or thereabouts). This means that the extra shares you received are part of the amendment.

If you input the total of the allotted shares (of the 2 parcels) into your Portfolio Manager, you will have a true figure of your IFL holdings. The all-important cost base will also be true.

Addendum Note: The IFL registry, Boardroom, have today advised us that they are aware of the problem as stated above, and will be issuing new 2022 Final Dividend DRP Statements in due course, to reflect the change in the DRP issue price.
