ANG is a mining service and had starting their transitions many years ago. LBL is more of a equipment service i guess someone mentioned it is closer to XRF.
i think the management had been in their comfort zone for many years. only recent years decide to invest and broaden their reach between states and overseas. we are seeing the beginning of the transition and it is yet to reflect on the financials.
