The reported accounts do not consolidate the Gateway financials, so thats not the reason for the increase in liabilities.
While its true that Liabilities increased by around $2m, thats an irrelevant statistic by itself.
One must consider that Assets increased by around $9m and Net Assets increased by around $7m.
