I think that statement about Gateway was a poorly worded restatement of what LBL originally stated.
In their Performance Summary announcement, they stated: "Gateway is a larger and higher calibre business than had originally been contemplated,..." So it is larger than they were looking for, not discovered it was larger after they bought it.
The share price looks to have stabilised now and could recover more after the 16th. I am happy to buy more here with a 5% discount via the DRP. (less incentive for a holder to increase their holding by buying on market now, when they can get a discount to the current prices via the DRP.The DRP pricing period ends on the 16th.)
