i agree with fundamentals and a strong div play - buying this stock for capital growth I dont believe is a smart buy due to liquidity.
Not sure how you determine Sherman has just under 50% - based on the shares outstanding (circa 303mil) Sherman holds just over 235mil - closer to 75%.
there is close to another 5-7% owned by staff which means we are really only playing with 20% of any possible trading volume....take the instos out again and there ain't much left.
If you held say 10000 shares as an example not sure how long it would take to off load them.
My thoughts only.
