The massive pullback in new financing, much lower residential property sales and ever higher interest rates is making investors think LFG is going to report much lower profits for the foreseeable future.
The low free float of LFG shares which causes very poor liquidity is compounding the problem. The trouble is, if liquidity suddenly gets better, the SP will likely get tanked even more as the few shareholders currently trapped try to get out.
Not a pretty picture and one of my worst investment decisions this year. Definitely not a buy in this environment unless you have a stomach for great risk.
