Dividend paid matches the estimated dividend announcement but not the updated announcement. If ASIC rules allow it then yes it is ok but if they don't another story altogether. MOT appears to be unique in this regard in the 10 sample dividend statements with franking that I looked at. Willing to bet the next franked updated dividend announcement is shown correctly.
