1.4a Reason for update to a previous announcement
The ordinary shares to be allocated pursuant to the operation of the Macquarie Group Limited DRP in respect of theinterim dividend to be paid on 17 December 2024 will be allocated at AUD 231.23 per share. The price was determined inaccordance with the DRP Rules and is the arithmetic average of the daily volume weighted average price of all MQGshares sold through a normal trade on the ASX automated trading system over the 10 trading days from 19 November2024 to 2 December 2024.
