NEM hit by Barrick news (NV jv, higher costs); higher US$, lower gold price, higher US rates.. and it is in the S&P 500 which was down and in a lot of 401k type index things.. I decided to add 33% to my position at US36.80 today, it is a long term holding for me and will just collect the div. Barrick is a mess. Bea Barrick Gold reports lower preliminary gold output for 2023 (msn.com)
