Ann: Update - Dividend/Distribution - PLS, page-150

after a week i received my letter and i went to login and my password was incorrect.

I clicked on the 'forgot password' link and it prompted me to ask a verification question

"what is your favorited car?"

I had no idea because i don't have one and never did, so i had to guess to no luck.

I tried to call the Brissy Customer service number and the voice recording said it wasn't in service and redirected me to call a a non toll free number in Boston , USA.

What a joke of a company with a terrible system.

I haven't received my divies in my account yet and only hope they eventually arrive there because i have no way of tracking it.
