Don’t worry, you are not alone. I have owned PLS for probably 6 or 7 years so have not used Computershare in that time. I forgot everything and had to phone them, only to find that all was ok. I’m an ex programmer and if I wrote software as bad as that I would not have lasted 2 minutes. I hope it all works out for your parents.
