For the last year, QBE has been repelled every time it tested ~12.80.
This time it is different. Recent interest rate rises above nil means it can earn a return on its very large interest-bearing investments.
It successfully pushed through significant premium rises without losing too many customers. Now, able to earn a modest return on investments, I expect profitability and market attention to revive.
Sympathy for long term holders.
