Ann: Update - Dividend/Distribution - TGP, page-2

This one really puzzles me.

• At the end of December they told us NTA of $0.91 per share, with total assets about $215m.
• Cash was almost $100m; plenty of opportunity to make invest in the current environment.
• Paying distributions of 4c per year.

I guess just a matter of time before something lights up and we start to move, but I'd have thought this would bounce back sooner. Definitely the REIT portion won't be making as much as anticipated, but it seems like the assets they own have been acquired at significant discount to market rates last year.

Well I'm long anyway.
