Lack of transparency. For example we found out that they'd changed the commission rates paid to franchises in a set of results...not when they made the decision to change the rate. Why aren't they paying a dividend? Is it because they can't get the money out of China, or because they're pursuing capital investment which is tying up the money? The business looks undervalued...but are small shareholders being given proper disclosure on how the business is really travelling?
