It is very unusual that they would call shareholders unless you guys have large holdings. I would be interested to hear what was said. Was it clear that they were angling for votes?

I have been in contact with the independant director via email. LIke Dr Davros, I also don't think I will get a call. If I do then my message will be clear - regardless what a person thinks about Troy Harry's actions, a company is a democracy. For every share, you are entitled to a vote. If they get the votes, the new appointees should control the board as of next week. The actions of the current board to manipulate the directorships so that the new directors still wont have control is, in my view, extremely problematic.
