Yes received form in mail - not available online ( as far as I could search ) returned via email. Its a more general problem though with only some companies currently offering a direct transfer to NZ. I have also questioned computershare ( as a result of alc spp refunds ) so will be interested in their response. I really cant see why it is so hard!
