Just read an article by ****** and they gave a plug for Waypoint. That and the fact I like the property sector makes me very interested in this company.
The dividends as pointed out by lazxster are also very attractive and NAB researchers have a buy or undervalue on this company.
It seems like a nice boring, quiet and effective company producing a nice return for investors.
Is on my radar and i am sure i will take a position in the next day or 2.
