I bought today and immediately it dropped by 2 cents. Julia Lee has mentioned it on Switzer over the last. Couple of days (positively) and I have also seen it mentioned elsewhere as well. Slightly undervalued but let’s face it, even tho the div is unfranked, heaps betterer than money in the bank ! Julia also mentioned the long WALE and also the sites being close to residential areas and the possibility of developers wanting to pay a premium for the sites. So Im in And will watch closely. Hopefully I’m as happy as you are in the future....
