    Peter is correct only when there's a measure of societal collapse.. covid is helping that but its not quite there yet and the masters of the universe don't really want that to happen with 8bn world population so they wont allow it hence the gradual measures in places to prevent it economically

    whoever has majority gold will be the empire that rules until erosion through redistribution
