I think PW was also involved in PYL - it was the original ticker for what is currently MMJ, a medicinal marijuana IPO that was famously pumped hard and completely dumped earlier this year, financially ruining many mum and dad investors.

Edit 2: Yep, he's on the GAL board too. Explains a few things.
