Not sure how to read this. Why not report for up to 24 months if they are going to liquidate or sell the company? Surely if they sell the company then shareholders have a right to know how the business is financially? Anyone know the legality of this? The last paragraph stating all financial records will be lodged prior to relisting of company has really made it even more intriguing. Do both these factors mean they arent going to sell?
