Will have to wait for the dust to settle, but there are plenty of ambulance chasers willing to run a class action. This situation would appear to be set up for a crack, where a CEO has deceived the mkt of his abilities to run a mine, and continually pushing the positives.
Hope DR has a good lawyer...
