So then it possible and legal to leave out the dusters and give a false representation of whether a ore body is continuous. That would skew any assumptions to the high side and gloss over the possibility of a choppy discontinuous ore body that would change the economics markedly in any DFS.
Not suggesting that's what happened here because I haven't gone back to check the reports. Mainly because it seems like a waste of time.
