A Canadian Corporation which lost a case against Hill End on costs in 2014. Looks like they had to pay costs to Hill End. Hill End is not Vertex. Now is party time
First Tiffany Resource Corporation v Hill End Gold Limited [2014] NSWSC 1713

1. Accordingly, it is a case in which it is appropriate to order indemnity costs, and I do so.
   
2. The four orders which are sought are set out in the notice of motion. They include an order that the plaintiff not be able to commence fresh proceedings without paying the costs of these proceedings. I think that is an appropriate order in the circumstances.
