Potentially NWH could write back all or part of that $32.50, but it makes no sense to do that, so they probably will not. From a company perspective, statutory profit is always best delayed from a tax perspective, and if NWH cannot get the money earlier, why bother? If there is an element of doubt, Management may use that as a reason for doing nothing until the money is in the bag.
