    I think we need a reality check.
    This seriously stings me.
    First, what did the purchase of Carolina bring to the company? Any answer might help.
    Second, what is the 'director' Santos doing? I mean - with regard to his Obligations to the Company, as a Director, who was to sort all the getting of local permits?
