64,695,518 currently unlisted FFG shares come onto the ASX on 16 July. As far as I can see they are part of the 90m shares that were issued by the former company (Atech Holdings) to the vendors of the former Fatfish companies when the former company acquired the former Fatfish companies back in 2014: see the replacement prospectus dated 15 April 2014. 90 million shares were put into escrow when FFG was listed: see the pre-reinstatment announcements at http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20140718/pdf/42qwydxp12mxts.pdf: 64,695,518 for one year and 25304482 for two years. If that is right, then the shares that are going to be listed on 16 July are held by 7 entities listed in the prospectus (page 12), who were the top 6 and the 10th shareholders as at the 31 December 2014 annual report (page 57). Those 7 entities still held exactly 90m shares at that date, which makes me think they are the restricted shares. In which case all the FFG shares which have been traded on the ASX to date are held by all the other shareholders, and the shares that come onto the market on 16 July are held by 7 entities that have not traded in FFG to date. So it could be an interesting day.
