The deal is there for anyone who wants it: buy more at 0.5c to average down. Nebari had secured debt unlike everyone else, so of course they come out of it better.
I think that when it relists at 50.0c post consolidation it’s going to struggle to hold the market cap - likely drift lower if/until there are some decent drill results from Vero. For me (as a non holder) that is the play, buy it next year when drilling results are approaching.
They aren’t going to be swimming in cash after this current process washes through - will be enough for a couple of drill programs and overhead, which is only likely to last a year at most, and then it’s back to funding pressure again, so their drilling programs will be pretty binary.
