The thing that also comes to my mind is that all the existing shareholders including top 20 are in the same position. I feel they will fight to be able to recoup some of the money. Remember it has been systematically sold down to 3 cents, has that every been investigated?
If the share was still 8 or 10 cents, a raise could have been completed at higher price .
A loan with interest payable and less shares issued would be a better result for all existing shareholders IMO
