TEG has struggled with making any profit out of its oil production from its aging infrastructure even when oil prices in $A terms were much higher than now.
How profitable will the oil production be under new arrangements that will probably see the oil shipped overseas ?
A worse case is that a decision has to be made to shut down production .

IMHO until a new sales pathway is established and there is clarity on the costs ex Arrowsmith the SP will drift.
The SP imo is unlikely to recover until TEG can demonstrate that it is cashflow positive .
If it cannot get cashflow positive more equity will need to be raised from the Market and that will not be pretty.

I wouldn't be getting hopes up on a price movement purely off confirmed sales channel. Without further drilling we're very close to EOL production. I think 2 yrs ago the prediction was for sometime in 2021 to become uneconomical.

Price shift will need newsflow from our other ventures.
