crikey, I thunk I made a mistake once, but I may have been wrong. This is a non issue. JMT Sadly the 'rules" that coys have to comply with are so complicated they will always make errors/mistakes. Just like the "alleged" wage theft issue the media prattles on about all the time. Have a look at the complexity of the rules when employing anyone. Even the majors with all their highly skilled HR depts get it wrong, so what hope has the small employer got.
