We know LWP wouldn't put out an update unless they had too. The heading should have been changed by ASX to advise the market that the announcement is in relation to an error.
The company should have further corrected the disclosure by stating those conditions precedent to the agreement which are material and that a reader of the financial report would want to know. Does anyone know what the conditions precedent are?
