Does anyone know what the conditions precedent are?
Well it should be price sensitive information.
Maybe its the excuse that Mr David Henson is using as to why he isn't selling the shares that he should not have got but will sell to donate.....
Maybe He knows this price sensitive information to which the market is not aware so therefore he can't sell his shares and therefore no donation would be made.
Its the LWP way....
