something I have not properly focussed on, is that the terms and preconditions and approvals are two-fold.
1. -there are the pre-conditions/terms and approvals for the issue of the Milestone shares.
2. - then there are the terms, pre-conditions and approvals for the agreement for LWP to enter into the agreement for the J/V with Hallmark??
so two different issues?
one of the issues re ( 2) is the basis upon which the shares were issued to s/h/placements, and then to Lanstead.
all along s/h were told a J/V Agreement had been executed, when in fact there was not executable agreement, because the most basic of terms had not been agreed, and the ending agreement was totally different to the one originally advised to s/h. all just imho, dyor.
