Waiving the off-take agreement, confirms there is no one in line to take their product and is reinforced with this correction. Further confirms doubts around the issue of the milestone shares.

Oh yes they waived this condition because they were fast tracking the JV. Just imagine how slow they would be if they didn't fast track it.
