Bergen is a fund that is currently the biggest shareholder. it has links to one of the board members. it participated in latest CR but has been selling down for the last few weeks. has a holding of approx 27% or 80 mil shares atm. not great to see but who knows why they were selling tax loses?? the selling has now stopped though, as no new announcements. company looks like it's in a growing industry and has small valued contracts with the biggest fish in the pond (US navy). hopefully some new contracts come through for some much needed cash. things look promising but high risk
