    my two cents worth, if it's anything to do with the GUD deal, could be that Andy owned one of the properties that was leased to a ACAD site and it wasn't disclosed in the transaction.
    if there are forensic accountants involved and it's fraud it could lead to a shareholder class action and AMA are cooked. this could be an big problem..
