I agree with all of that, if there was serious fraud at play the police would have been called in and the company would be in suspension. Also the CEO recently bought $2.3 million in shares at 76c which you wouldn't do unless you weren't confident in the companies financial performance.
But we won't know until we know, hopefully management can clarify the situation soon.
