I agree, this doesn't sound like a fraud issue to me and not an issue with a material effect on the company, it sounds more like an internal dispute between board and CEO. But unfortunately in the absence of concrete information the rumours and speculation takes over. As Churchill said, when the eagles are silent the parrots begin to jabber. And there are quite a few parrots around here.
The board is obviously unable to elaborate while the issue is before the court which is unfortunate but the positive is that the court hearing should be next week so we won't have to wait too long for more clarity.
