I don't think anyone was saying there wasn't going to be an insurance payout. It was more that it was becoming increasingly clear recently that there was a potential problem with the payout, and today we found out there clearly is. And potentially a CR at some point becomes a material possibility.
Not wanting to sound like a total tosser but in Kipling's poem 'if' he wrote, and to paraphrase slightly, 'dream my son dream, but never let dreams become your master. Then, my son, you will become a man'.
Replace the word son with investor.....and then replace the word man with 'richer'.....
