Padbury caused the rule change.

Antares Energy first to run into real trouble with it, still suspended 3 months later as it refuses to issue the name of the 3rd party.

Personally I don't know who the 2 names might even be. I was thinking either Visa or Mastercard, but going by this thread that looks to be wrong.

Question is will the ASX/ASIC allow trading to resume come Monday or will the press for more details? Its not quite the same situation as AZZ but interesting to see what the ground rules are going to be going forward.
