The Company held an auction in Kobe Japan on 4 and 5 June 2024. The Company sold approximately 74,000pearls at an average price of $64.93/piece which was in line with the results at the April auction where salesaveraged $68.60/piece.
Atlas Pearls chose not to accept bids on all stock at this auction, like the April auction where the Companystated that stock would be carried forward to the next scheduled auction in June, in Kobe.
However, theCompany was able to clear most of the stock not sold at the April auction into other sales channels prior tothe Kobe auction and realised higher prices than were offered at Kobe.
Nice! Sounds like their strategy paid off with selling excess stock at higher prices elsewhere than through auction.
