Chart says market is undecided, in consolidation between about 13 and 16 cents, had a cup with handle pattern before, needs to break though 16 cents on high volume is what I want to see My opinion is it won't do anything as tim martin keeps taking profits at about 16 , 17 cents, hitting the sp back down, even though they have increased the dividend to get his capital out he still hits the sp down when ever it rises a little smashing the small guys. and recently off loaded about 2.2 million dollars of shares at about 12.5 cents off market shows what he thinks it's worth, My opinion with global uncertainty and China slow down, small caps suffer, people will look for safety, directors need to increase the sp , and get the pe out of the dumps, not give a massive dividend, the reason they're giving div is its a way for the big investors to get something out of the company without spooking the market, so they dont have to sell, which would tank the sp but it sucks in the small investor, sustainably grow eps and revenue is what investors are looking for, they should be buying back shares with their cash and directors buying if they believed in the company, directors arnt buying, the last div was 1 cent with no franking credits a bit sus for me as they trying to give the impression its the same 1 cent div as before . Pearls are cyclical too, I'll be watching if it breaks 17cents, no one will really touch it unless it gets its pe and price up out of the dumps.
