In my opinion the significance of this result is a fully franked 1c dividend is 100% guaranteed now during full year results, given the cash position and agreed dividend policy.
I personally still feel a 1.5c dividend will be on the cards given that management holds significant amount of stock, ATP is cash rich and the lack of SP appreciation might force managements hand. Time will tell, more about this on August 31.
